Kerildbert was founded in 1988 and commenced operations in 1992. Our firm is the product of a vision conceived & nurtured into existence by our patriarch/founder, who had a burning desire to leave indelible imprints & a legacy in clearing & freight forwarding in Nigeria.

We have grown bigger and evolved into a full-fledged logistics firm integrating sundry supply chain services to enable us finance, collect and deliver all kinds of products door-to-door for businesses in different sectors in Nigeria & beyond.

Today, Kerildbert offers end-to-end supply chain & logistics solutions via an array of services that includes shipping, import/export, freight forwarding, customs clearance, door-to-door delivery, transportation/haulage, relocation & removals (domestic & foreign) and vessel charter services.

After 11 years of calling Shippers Tower, Apapa our home, we recently moved our head office to 16, Burma Road, Apapa, Lagos, while maintaining liaison offices in Abuja & Port Harcourt. Kerildbert is affiliated to the Council for The Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria (CRFFN) and the Association of Nigerian Customs Licensed Agents (ANCLA).

We are also a member of the Global Logistics Network (GLN); a network with a representation of 536 offices in 310 cities & 136 countries globally, posting annual revenues of USD 9.5 Billion, staff strength of 27,675 employees and handling capacity of over 3 million shipments per year.

Gerald Ikazoboh is a graduate of the University of Birmingham & Middlesex University United Kingdom with over 16 years of professional experience. He is the Managing Director of Kerildbert Holdings Ltd.
He has worked in various capacities as Operations Manager-Swiftcall Ltd UK, Senior Network Engineer-KDDI Europe UK, IT Manager & Network Support-Eurosat & Euronet Cellular Communications London UK. In the course of his career, he has designed, developed, and implemented projects on business development, business solutions, state-of-the-art database technology, supplies, and distribution of various companies’ products among others. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.

OYETAYO, Oluremi Sharon

Heading of Clearing & forwarding

Oluremi Oyetayo is a certified Supply chain and Logistics professional with significant practical experience across supply chain functions ranging from customer service, sales, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding (import & export), and procurement.

She has a proven track record of leadership, improving team performance, operational management, and delivering value and quality service while forging valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Oluremi is a product and an alumnus of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife from which she graduated in 2010 with a bachelors degree in linguistics.

ADELEYE, Michael Olusegun

Head, Business Development – Sales & marketing

Michael Adeleye is a strategic thinker, astute communicator, and creative solution provider with a significant capacity to nurture business growth across multiple channels. A 2011 Business Administration graduate of Lagos State University, he started his career in commercial banking with Union bank Plc where he made a business case for an innovative customer service initiative to address arguably the bank’s then singular, most challenging pain-point – service delivery.
With over 12 years of professional experience in strategic business growth, sales & marketing cutting across construction, media/branding/advertising, engineering consulting, and supply chain, he has utilized his wealth of experience in supporting the corporate, strategic, and tactical objectives of the companies he has worked with.

Michael holds a B.Sc degree and a Diploma in Project Management. He also holds professional certificates in business analysis, marketing strategy, digital marketing, and leadership and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Digital Marketing & Business at Max Business School (Online).


Finance Manager

Stephen Ikechukwu, a graduate of Accounting from Lagos State University, is a versatile, experienced, and highly resourceful professional accountant with over 10 years of work experience in finance, audit, and taxation.
A member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and a Chartered Accountant (in view), he has shown himself to be an energetic, hardworking team player who embodies integrity and honesty. He is conversant with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Acceptable Accounting Practices (GAAP).


I want to import goods into Nigeria. What is my first step?

Anybody importing physical goods into Nigeria shall in first instance process a Form “M” through and authorized dealer bank irrespective of the value and whether or not payment is involved.

What is ASYCUDA number?

ASYCUDA number is a unique identifier for either an importer or an exporter that wishes to transact with Nigeria Customs Service. It is port restricted.
